Hi, I’m Becky.

With over 15 years in HR—plus a BA in Organizational Management and an MA in Human Resource Management—I’ve seen firsthand how complex managing people can get. But more importantly, I’ve seen how transformative it is when businesses get it right.

I founded Cornerstone HR Advisory to cut through the corporate jargon and bring strategic, people-first solutions to business owners and insurance agents. My goal is simple: to make HR approachable, practical, and stress-free, so you can lead your team with confidence.

When I’m not solving HR challenges, I put on my baseball hat and head into full mom mode: living at sports fields, tackling home projects, treasure hunting at local antique shops, or dreaming about mountain air and river trips.
